BURRELL CLASS OF 1967Announcements
Fellow Alumni,
The reunion is set for August 4th at Northmoreland Park, Picnic Grove #3. We will be there from noon to dusk, so please come join us. A casual lunch and a picnic dinner will be provided. Provide Rich Ryba with a $30 check made payable to "Burrell Class of '67" by July 27th or bring $35 to the picnic. Rich's address is: 2777 Leechburg Rd., Lower Burrell, PA 15068. For those interested, we're also planning to get together Friday night at Hanes Tavern on Leechburg Rd by St. Margaret Mary Church, and anyone wanting to join in a golf outing on Sunday the 5th, please contact Rick Moses at R.Moses@Kossman.com.

Well, I guess Rich couldn't get it hot enough in July, so he went to August. Isn't there some way to get some A/C. The shade is only so good when it is 98 degrees.
I shouldn't whine, I suffered with everyone else. It is still great to see everyone. I am hoping that some of the others that live close can make it next year, especially those that I haven't seen at the past two reunions.

An Update
In 9 days we have gone from 13 classmates to 30 on the
fellowalumni.com site. We only have 26 in the Burrell Class
of 1967. For those who have not yet joined the class group
we again extend an invitation to do so. If you don't want to
join, that is your choice. That is ok. If you want to join and
are having problems joining, feel free to ask for assistance.
To borrow an old phrase 'the only dumb question is the one
unasked'.

Just a short note of interest. In a month's time our group has
gone from almost unknown to 13 members. Thanks to all who
have joined. I am happy to report the addition of
Janice (Tackett) Lyle and Rich Ryba as co-admins. They will be
moving the Burrell reunion site here. We are working on other
changes so stay tuned......

Welcome to all who have joined us here. This site is dedicated
to becoming the best alumni site for our Class of 1967 alumni.
I know there are several sites out there with mostly a few members
and thought it might be a good idea to attempt to get everyone to
come here. We are not out to compete with sites like Facebook or
Classmates, but hope to offer many of the things they do. We are
a work in progress so I ask for your patience and help. I am the
administrator for our group and have limited privileges so major
changes are still in the hands of others. I am asking your help in two
areas at this time. The first is the search for a better club avatar.
All ideas will be considered. If you like the current one that's fine.
Just let me know your thoughts or ideas. The second thing I'm
asking is if you are in touch with other class members and if they
would like to be on this site, let them know about us.
